The Scottish midfielder made his Manchester United first team debut against FC Basel in the Champions League on the 12th of March 2003.
We all know that Man United's squad is just full of talent and if Darren is to make his stand for first team action he will have to grab any opportunity that comes his way.
I have heard on a couple of occasions people say that Darren Fletcher will take over from Roy Keane when he stops playing, I think people what say that should take a look at Roy Keanes record he is the most successful Captain ever for United and for any player to fill his boots would be asking a bit much.
